Hotel Kyriad Epernay En Champagne

Breakfast offered amazing homemade jams that were a true treat for the palate! The staff went out of their way to help with recommendations. It's just a short walk to famous champagne houses, so for culinary explorers, it's a dream!

Our room was ground floor with no window to let in fresh air, only an external door. It worked for a night, but definitely a cheeky inconvenience! Still, everything else shined bright.

Room set up for 3 beds though we were only 2 persons, and thus space was cramped

We ate in the terrace and the food was good.

The hotel’s outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying a glass of champagne after a day of exploring. The staff's willingness to resolve our initial room issue was greatly appreciated, adding to our overall positive experience.

It offers reasonable prices. The breakfast is good with meats, lots to choose from. The location is marvellous, bars and restaurants were next door to the hotel: )

I liked it's proximity to the center of Epernay and the popular champagne houses. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was very small and a little difficult to maneuver.

The lack of air conditioning means you'll have to crack open the window for air, bringing in noise from outside. Thin walls make noise a persistent issue, especially when other guests are around. The breakfast area feels outdated, and the rooms could use more cleanliness and comfort-dirt visible around the bathroom and walls shows a need for better upkeep.

Basic hotel in industrial estate 5 minutes drive from Blois. Next to a highway. ok for busness people who just want to overnight somewhere simple, less good for tourists. You need to have a car to get anywhere.

The location is perfect for an Epernay visit, and everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was filled with such an unpleasent smell of paint, it was like a building site! Not to mention the hard bed, which ruined my sleep. I thought i might be treated like royalty, but instead I just got a room like everyone else-imagine my dismay! I just couldn't give a good review.

explored Epernay, visited the champagne area, bought lots of champagne. Lots to see and do the location was excellent

The whole place was a bit tired dinner wasn't very good pave was tough, fruit salad tinned, although the fish was good, breakfast was good but only a limited amount one cup of coffee, one croissant the boiled egg maker was brilliant

Convenient to champagne 'houses' and city centre. Close to Reims.

The outdoor seating area was nice, but the room was too noisy at night.

Good time with lots of help from hotel staff
